Turmeric Papaya and Orange Sunshine Smoothie Recipe
2 oranges, 1 papaya or pawpaw, half a teaspoon turmeric powder, 2 cups filtered water, 2 teaspoons honey or to taste
Cut in half and remove seeds from the papaya and also take the skin off. Chop into pieces.
Squeeze the oranges very well and pour the juice into the blender.
Add the papaya pieces to the blender as well as the water, turmeric powder and honey.
Blend all the ingredients together into a smoothie.
