This Chili Coriander Avocado Dip is a tasty way to have avocado as a topping or as a dip for sweet potatoes. You can have your sweet potato baked or boiled. You can skip the chili if you don’t want your avocado spicy.
To make this as a topping for your sweet potato you’ll need to boil a sweet potato with skin on or bake it. For the dip you’ll need avocado, coriander, chili, lemon and salt.
Peel avocado, chop herbs, squeeze on the lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients, and top your boiled or baked sweet potato or use as dip.
