Sun Dried Tomato Turmeric Cabbage Recipe
4 cups sliced uncooked cabbage, 4 or more sun dried tomatoes, 3 tablespoons cooking oil of choice, half a teaspoon or more turmeric powder, half a teaspoon or more black pepper, salt to taste
Slice the sun dried tomatoes into thin strips
In a pan at medium heat, add cooking oil and heat it up for just a few seconds to get it warmed up and not hot, then add the cabbage and tomatoes
Fry the cabbage for about 2 to 3 minutes turning it until it starts to wilt and lose crunchiness.
Add turmeric, black pepper and salt and mix and fry for a further minute or less.
Take it off the heat and serve. You can add more black pepper when you serve and more salt if needed.
