Spicy Bacon Boiled Egg Salad
The combination of bacon and egg works very well to make this Spicy Bacon Boiled Egg Salad, a tasty salad. The bacon is flavored with a combination of tomato, chili, paprika and then baked. Simple and delicious food without much effort. This quick and easy salad is suitable for a Low Carb Paleo or Paleo Ketogenic meal. Olive oil added on to the salad will add flavor as well as the good fats in your diet.
Spicy Bacon Boiled Egg Salad Recipe
4 rashers bacon, 4 eggs, 2 servings baby kale and spinach mix, 1 medium ripe tomato, half a teaspoon chili, half a teaspoon paprika, black pepper, olive oil
Cut the bacon rashers into bite sized pieces. Cut the tomato in half and squish the juices and chunks over the bacon. Add chili, paprika and about a tablespoon olive oil.
Transfer to a lined baking paper with all the tomato juices, and lay out the pieces in singles. Grind black pepper over everything.
Bake in a pre heated oven at about 220 degrees celcius for 15 to 20 minutes.
While the bacon is baking boil the eggs.
Plate the salad leaves and serve with the baked bacon and boiled eggs.
Drizzle a bit of olive oil, add salt and more black pepper
