Easy Paleo Keto Bread In 15 Minutes
This Six Ingredient Keto Garlic Bread is a quick and easy bread recipe with a few ingredients that you probably already have. It’s made up of Almond nut butter, eggs, lemon juice, baking powder and garlic. You may also need to add a pinch of salt if your nut butter does not have any salt. If you’re not into a too involved bread baking process, this is a handy recipe to have if you want to enjoy sandwiches on your keto or paleo diet. It’s easy to put together and will cook easily in about 15 minutes.
Easy Recipe Adaptations
If you don’t have almond nut butter you can use other nut butter of your choice. You can also use peanut butter, which is not Paleo, if you eat it. In place of garlic you can also use rosemary as it works well with bread. You can also combine the two to make some garlic rosemary bread.
You’ll need to use bread loaf baking tins for this recipe. This will give you a good sized bread to make sandwiches with.
Six Ingredient Keto Garlic Bread Recipe
2 to 4 Servings
- 3 tablespoons almond nut butter or other nut butter of choice
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 heaped teaspoon chopped garlic
- half a teaspoon baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- butter for greasing the bread tin.
Beat the 2 eggs together and mix with the nut butter, garlic, baking powder, lemon juice and salt.
Mix very well until it’s all very smooth
Grease the bottom and sides of your baking tin with some butter.
Pour the mix into the bread tin.
Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees celcius for 13 to 15 minutes
When it’s done take it off the oven and leave it cool down.
Take it off the pan by easing the sides of the bread off with a spatula or knife so it lifts off easily.
Cut off what you need, slice and butter and enjoy with a filling of your choice.
This sandwich is just grass fed butter, fried egg and parsley.
