All you have to do is prepare each ingredient with a little bit of love and you will enjoy the abundance of allergy free food you have at your disposal.
Red Cabbage Cranberry Salad Abundance Bowl
2 cups shredded red cabbage, 2 to 4 diced dry figs, 2 tablespoons cranberries, 1 large peeled orange cut in pieces, 1 cup shredded cold chicken pieces(or just boil chicken with salt, cool it and shred), 1 large boiled, cooled and cubed sweet potato, sliced avocado, sliced cucumber(pickled is good for extra flavor), sliced carrots,salt, olive oil
Mix the cabbage, figs, cranberries, oranges, a tablespoon or two olive oil and salt, well squishing the juice out of the orange
You can also add a bit of olive oil salt to the sliced raw carrots
You can also pan fry your boiled cold chicken for a minute or two to warm it up
