1 small jar- 6 servings
1 pear, half a lemon juice, grated skin or zest of the half a lemon, 1 teaspoon ginger powder, 1/3 (third) a teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 (half) a cup coconut milk, fresh herbs of choice, 2 tablespoons olive oil
Grate the pear and zest or grate the half a lemon. Saute the pear and lemon zest in olive oil for about 5 minutes. Add the lemon juice, ginger, turmeric, herbs and coconut milk. Bring to a simmer and take it off the heat.
Pear Ginger Lemon Zucchini Noodles with Bacon
Spiralized zucchini, diced bacon, sauce, olive oil
Fry bacon pieces in about a tablespoon of olive oil until crispy.
Add the sauce and mix in with your zucchini noodles. You can top with more herbs.
Top with crispy bacon bits.
