This Post will discuss how to make red bush tea rooibos gelatin. Rooibos tea also known as bush tea has a high mineral content and high levels of anti oxidants. The flavour and taste are very distinct and enjoyable. This is is one cup of tea you should enjoy often.
If you have Rooibos tea or Gelatin often, combining the two will ensure you have your tea and gelatin always handy in a jar. It’s like having your Rooibos ice tea in a jar optimised with gelatin, or your Gelatin optimised with rooibos. Works either way. Having this handy will save you lots of prep time and free up a lot of time in the mornings or evenings. This also opens the gateway to other ways you can have Gelatin and Rooibos. For this Gelatin I used unflavoured gelatin from a good source. Below are a few recipes you can make with your Rooibos Gelatin.
GELATIN ROOIBOS ICE TEA
Blend gelatin,lemon/lime juice or both with water and ice. Quick and very easy. Sweeten if you like.
BERRY GREEN BANANA ROOIBOS GELATIN SMOOTHIE
Once you have your gelatin and tea in place you can easily further optimise the benefits of your drink. Unripe bananas which are a source of resistant starch can easily be added in with berries.
Just blend with water and enjoy. Optimised nutrition within a minute.
