HOW TO MAKE KALE BROTH GELATIN
Knuckle bones from grass fed animals, Large Bunch of kale washed and chopped, Herbs of choice according to your taste
Cook your bones according to your preferred broth recipe. I just top them with water, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook at a low temperature for 6 to 8 hours on a stove top.
Cook the bones until the broth has reduced and the level is just below the bones so it will set with the kale in.
Drain the broth you want to use to a seperate pot or just remove the bones and use the same pot. Add your prepared kale with herbs and cook for about a minute. Let it cool.
pour the mix into the blender and blend
Pour into a container or jar and place in the fridge and leave to set. Once set you can cut into portions and freeze some for use later.
