Creamy Spicy Keto Pulled Pork Chili Recipe
- 3 or more cups pulled pork
- half a cup coconut milk
- 1 cup stock/broth of choice
- half a small finely diced onion
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 or more fresh chilies
- half a teaspoon dried chili
- 1 level teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 level teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated lemongrass or lemongrass paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- half a teaspoon dried basil
- half a teaspoon ground black pepper
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil of choice
In a pan at medium heat, add cooking oil and heat it up.
Add the onion and fry until they start to turn golden brown.
