This Chili Bacon Topped Steak is a tasty way to have your steak meat served with the added flavors from the fatty bacon as well as from the chili. The steak was pan fried but you can easily grill it, cook it in the oven or which ever way you like it.
Chili Bacon Topped Beef Steak
1 beef steak, 1 tablespoon cooking oil of choice, 1 Rasher free range fatty bacon, half a Sliced Chili, Black Pepper and Salt
The steak was pan fried in olive oil for about 3 minutes each side to have it well done. You can cook it for longer or less depending on how you like your meat cooked.
When you’ve finished cooking the steak set it aside in a warm place while cooking the bacon.
Add the bacon to the pan where you just took off the steak and fry for about 4 minutes or until crispy or to the way you like it.
Add chili and fry for a further minute, then add salt and black pepper
Take off the heat and top your steak
