CARAMEL ROOIBOS GREEN BANANA GELATIN
This tasty caramel rooibos green banana gelatin bowl or cup combines gelatin with rooibos, green bananas which have resistant starch, himalayan salt and coconut milk. To make this you will need Rooibos Gelatin, or make from scratch, half a mug of rooibos tea and dissolve in it 1 tablespoon unflavoured gelatin.
You’ll also need green bananas or unripe bananas which have among other benefits that of being a resistant starch, which is good for fueling your good gut bacteria.
6 tablespoons rooibos gelatin or make half a mug rooibos tea and stir in 1 tablespoon of unflavoured gelatin till it’s melted , 1 green banana, a pinch of himalayan salt to taste, One coffee cup size coconut milk, Sweetener of choice.
Blend everything together
Taste and add a bit more salt if needed for a salted caramel flavour. Once you have blended you can enjoy the mix in several ways. Straight from the blender you enjoy a tasty Caramel Rooibos Latte drink
You can also make ice cream by using an ice cream making bowl or ice cream maker
CARAMEL ROOIBOS GREEN BANANA GELATIN BOWL
Pour into container to set in the fridge overnight ready for the morning. You can top up the bowl with other ingredients after it has set or you can have it as it is. It’s already packed with good stuff. Add your toppings based on your nutritional goals, preference or on your diet protocol.
You can top with honey vanilla coconut milk
or top with shredded coconut,nuts,honey and vanilla.
Enjoy your gelatin bowl whatever time of the day.

- 1 green banana
- 1 cup coconut milk diluted half and half with water,more or less
- Pinch of Himalayan salt
