2 tablespoons grated bitter melon, 2 heaped tablespoons coconut flour, 2 tablespoons shredded coconut, 2 tablespoons raw honey, 3 eggs, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 a cup coconut milk
Mix all the ingredients except eggs and coconut milk, Beat the eggs, add mix to the eggs and mix, add coconut milk and mix thoroughly.
Pour mix into a lined baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at medium heat for about 25 minutes.
