To help you out with your food choices we have classified our recipes and grouped them according to the different diet protocols that are all optimize wellness and biohack you. All the recipes in the site are Gluten free. We also have Keto, Paleo and Paleo Vegetarian Recipes. Most of our recipes are focused on real food you can build your meals around and not treats. They are easy to cook meals, with simple recipes that cook quickly.
Keto Recipes (LCHF)
All our Keto recipes are also Paleo so we keep the focus on nourishing foods. These are low carb and high in fat recipes to enable you to use ketones for your body’s energy needs as opposed to glucose on a high carbohydrate diet. Using ketones through fat metabolism will keep your blood sugar low, provide you with enduring energy, improve mood, mind clarity, improve brain performance as well as other benefits that come with a keto diet.
If you’re after Paleo recipes to build your main meals around we have lots of quick and easy meal recipes you can build your meals around. Our Paleo recipes include some root vegetables to provide healthy carbohydrates. If you are more relaxed with your Paleo diet and want to include white rice in your diet, which is a safe starch, we have some resistant starch rice recipes, which are lower in carbs and high in resistant starch which is good for your gut.
We also have Paleo Vegetarian recipes and are looking to adding more of these recipes in the future. These recipes will suit Vegetarians who want to eat a Paleo diet.
