Bacon Fried Broccoli
This Bacon Fried Broccoli can make a quick vegetable side with some tasty bacon flavors. You can turn it into a light meal by cooking up a bit more broccoli and topping it with a fried egg. This would make a simple quick and easy Low Carb Paleo meal. Or easily serve it as vegetable side dish with some protein.
You will need to use fatty bacon rashers in this recipe as the fat released from the bacon is what will cook and flavor the broccoli. The broccoli is simply seasoned with salt and black pepper, which you can easily change up and use your preferred seasoning and even make it spicy by using chili as well. You can cook the broccoli for a few minutes if you like it still a bit raw or extend the cooking time and cook until it’s done to your liking.
