2 servings raw zucchini noodles, 1 large ripe avocado, 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Italian herb mix, half a tablespoon dried chili, 2 tablespoons olive oil, black pepper, 2 to 4 boiled or fried eggs
In a bowl using a fork mash up the avocado. Add the herbs, salt, black pepper, apple cider vinegar, olive oil and mix well. Add the zoodles and mix until they are covered with avocado. Mix in other extras you want and top with eggs or other protein of choice. Enjoy.
