Iced coffee drinks that are mashed or blended in with avocado to make a creamy and thick shake are a popular Indonesian staple. These are ideal fatty drinks if you want to add more healthy fats to your diet and they are easy to make, you don’t even need a blender to make one. It’s also easy to make when you’re travelling and not taking the blender with you. This Avocado Turmeric Cinnamon Tea is a tea version of Es Alpukat, the Indonesian Avocado Coffee. The drinks have a consistency of a shake or smoothie. This recipe will suit those on Paleo, AIP, Ketogenic, Vegan and Vegetarian. You can make this drink low carb by using a low carb sweetener instead instead of honey. If Vegan you can also use other sweetener of choice. In the Indonesian recipe condensed milk is used, which has been easily substituted with coconut milk to make this a healthier and dairy free version of the drink.
